Products and pricing

We do our best to describe every product accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and formulas may be updated — always read the ingredient list on the product page before ordering.

Prices can change without notice. The price at the moment you check out is the price that applies.

Intended use

Our products are cosmetic personal care items. They are not medication, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Follow the directions on each product. External-use products are for external use only.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans are offered at a discount in exchange for recurring purchase. A subscription may be cancelled after the first order has been billed and shipped. Skip, pause, frequency changes and product swaps are available at any time from your account.

We reserve the right to cancel a subscription and reverse any discount applied where a plan is used solely to obtain a one-time discount.

Orders we can decline

We may refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, resale, or an address we can’t verify. If we cancel, you’re refunded in full.
