Before you file for damage: soft, squeezed or slightly out-of-shape pops are normal — coconut oil softens in transit. Chill the jar for 20–30 minutes and it firms back up, and it works exactly the same. File a claim if your order arrived unusable: leaked, broken seal, fully liquefied, or the wrong item.
